Registration Policy
Each participant can register for 2 sessions max.
All attendees must be registered for the course by March 16th. All attendees including, but not limited to, Health Care Professionals, Guests and Arthrex Corporate Employees are required to register. No Show Policy
Due to high demand for this event, if you fail to attend one of your scheduled sessions, your registration for any additional sessions will be automatically canceled. This ensures that all participants have a fair opportunity to access training.
