Course Description

This two-day course is designed exclusively for AVORE members and focuses on advanced orthopedic techniques through interactive discussions and hands-on labs. The program encourages participants to share their experiences, identify limitations, and present strategies for overcoming challenges through showcase presentations on a variety of clinical topics, including:

  • Challenges in elbow and shoulder arthroscopy
  • Canine Unicompartmental Elbow (CUE) resurfacing techniques
  • Intra-articular therapy and the latest advancements in veterinary biologics
  • Coxofemoral luxation repair
  • Collateral ligament reconstruction of the hindlimb
  • Osteotomies and plating techniques

Participants will benefit from a combination of didactic sessions, live demonstrations, and wet labs using cadaveric specimens to practice procedures such as  elbow and shoulder arthroscopy, CUE, hip toggle, suture and anchor techniques, and biologics applications.

  • Access to cutting-edge equipment and biologics in a collaborative learning environment

Course Fee

There is no course fee for Health Care Professionals.
