Registration Details
Registration Policy
All attendees must be registered for the course by June 11th. All attendees including, but not limited to, Health Care Professionals, Guests and Arthrex Corporate Employees are required to register. If you do not receive a registration confirmation after you register, please check your spam/junk mailbox.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to Hallie Davis, Hallie.Davis@Arthrex.com. A full refund will be available for cancellations received by June 11th. After that date, no refunds will be made.
